Elizabeth Welles is the creator of The ISIS Method for Stress Reduction and The Four Wisdoms of Creativity, a set of principles and practices to enhance creativity. She is also the editor of the anthology, Women Celebrate: The Gift in Every Moment, and the author of the CD, Meditation for Relaxation.
Elizabeth has a degree in sociology from Hamilton College, specializing in mental health as well as death and dying, and she is certified in healing and ministry. She has trained with Rosalyn Bruyere, an internationally-known healer and she studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. She has traveled, studied and practiced extensively in India, Japan, Europe, and Nepal.
As an artist, writer, actor, consultant, and communicator, Elizabeth has worked with individuals and organizations for over twenty years, enhancing the Creative Spirit through stress reduction, meditation, journaling, yoga and her legendary uplifting humor.
