What will I experience during and after the retreat?

Our retreats are created from our Hearts & Inspired by our Souls. Crafted from own personal experiences, our desire to give back to other women, and to help increase the capacity of Love on this planet!

GFG Retreats involve multiple healing arts and are non-religious, but spiritual in nature. An experience at a GFG retreat will invoke your core emotions and bring you to a place all women have deep within their hearts. We have two current retreats available: Level One (a requirement of Level Two) and Level Two. They build upon one another in skills, insights and healings. To maintain an intimate environment- we limit our attendees to 30-50 women. You will have the chance to bond with other women, who seek something more in their lives- as, together, we create a safe, sacred space to share and connect.
