Guilt Free Goddess (GFG) offers weekend retreats for women who seek life balance, a deeper sense of purpose and more loving relationships with self and others.

Our retreats involved many different healing arts and are non-religious, but spiritual in nature. An experience at a GFG retreat will invoke your core emotions and bring you to a place within yourself that all women have deep within their hearts.

Our desire is to give back all that we have learned in our own lives and offer guidance to others on a path of reflection, transformation and overall life purpose.
